I have been working for quite some years now as the director of the Play Group and over the years I have made sure that I utilize my knowledge and experience in my role as a teacher, headmaster, trainer, or whichever role the situation demands me to be in. As the head of the Play Group, I must create an environment that speeds up the development and growth of each child and helps them to make use of their full potential. I make sure to have an integrated curriculum comprising art, dance, music, and cooking so that learning is not only restricted to academics but the overall development of a child.
